Terms of Service

You may use this website to learn about our services and to request an estimate. Please do not misuse it. That includes submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or using automated tools to send form submissions.

Requesting an estimate through this website does not create a contract. Pricing, scheduling, and the scope of any project are confirmed only in a written agreement between you and White Cloud.

Descriptions on this site, including install times and financing offers, are general information. Actual timelines depend on the size and condition of your concrete, and financing is subject to approval and the lender's terms.

Warranty coverage for your floor is governed by the written warranty documents you receive with your project, not by the summaries on this website.

The text, photos, logos, and design on this website belong to White Cloud Concrete Coatings or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Penntek and other product names are trademarks of their owners.

This website links to other sites, such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, White Cloud Concrete Coatings is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
